Obtain your e-Ticket
The e-Ticket is a smart and cashless alternative to acquire your ticket. Therefore, there are two platforms available: You can purchase your ticket mobile through our app (INVG Fahrinfo Ingolstadt) or conveniently from your computer at home in the online shop.
The e-Ticket must be chosen and downloaded before the departure. You receive your ticket directly on your mobile phone or you can print it at home. Tickets are being sold to the same favourable conditions as in the presale locations and at ticket machines.
e-Tickets are always personalized and not transferable. The ticket is issued to the account holder by default, but it also can be acquired for fellow travellers. For this purpose, during the purchase process, deactivate the function "Ticketinhaber bin ich" ("I am the ticket holder") and personalize ticket for fellow travellers.
How to Acquire your e-Ticket:
- one-time, free registration
To register, create in the online shop or in the mobile ticket shop of the INVG-app your user account with complete name, date of birth, and your payment details. Thus, you enable the personalization of tickets and cashless payment per direct debit, credit card, or Giropay. With your personal access data, you can use the online shop as well as the mobile ticket shop in the app at any time. Register right away here!
- e-Ticket via computer (ticket printing available also in the app)
Log in on the INVG-homepage at https://shop.invg.de with your access data in the online shop, then choose the desired ticket and print it yourself. Therefore, the ticket is available to download in PDF format. At the same time, the ticket is available in your account the INVG Fahrinfo App.

- e-Ticket via smartphone app (ticket purchase directly on your phone)
To be able to acquire e-tickets via your smartphone, you have to download the app "INVG Fahrinfo Ingolstadt" in advance. The app is available for free download at Google Play and in the App-Store. Simply, search in the template of the store for "INVG" or use the above links - to get to the stores - to find QR Codes. After the registration, you can either directly select your e-ticket or search for journeys.
When entering or ticket inspection, ticket must be shown on the display of the smartphone or as printed ticket - PrintTicket. e-Tickets are only valid in conjunction with an official photo-ID.
